Live Training

Repeatable Workflows. Professional Confidence.

The Problem: Most job seekers approach their search reactively — updating a resume when they need a job, networking only when they're desperate, and rebuilding their personal brand from scratch every time. There's no system, no strategy, and no consistency. The result is a job search that feels exhausting and unpredictable.

The Solution: A live career development workshop designed to give professionals a repeatable system for the four pillars that actually move the needle in a job search — networking, personal branding, resume strategy, and professional confidence — then adapted for asynchronous accessibility so the learning scales beyond the room.

What I Built: End-to-end facilitation design including live workshop delivery, learner engagement strategy, adult learning principles, and facilitation-to-digital translation for scalable asynchronous participation. Co-facilitated with Jamison Jacobs, Executive Level Resume (ICF-PCC).

Tools Used: Canva, Google Workspace (Slides, Docs), Zoom, Claude AI

Audience: Job seekers and professionals navigating career transitions

Format: Live training adapted into an asynchronous learning experience

Focus Areas: Career strategy, networking, personal branding, resume development, and professional confidence building
