The Problem: Organizations invest heavily in leadership development — and most of it doesn't stick. Not because the content is wrong, but because programs skip the internal work. Leaders leave with frameworks and no behavior change, because the gap between knowing and doing never gets addressed. The result is burnout dressed up as high performance.
The Solution: A facilitator-led workshop built on the CREATE 2.0 framework — a six-pillar model that works from the inside out, moving leaders from self-awareness and radical ownership through aligned action and sustainable high performance. What I Built: A full curriculum suite including a scripted facilitator guide with module timing, slide cues, and facilitation watch-outs; a companion post-workshop discussion guide with 24 individual reflection prompts, a manager-led team debrief structure, and a 30-day progress check-in tool.
